I use the vaser ultrasound with all my liposuction cases. The vaser helps me by breaking down and emulsifying fatty tissue. This results in a much higher fat removal and sculpting compared to traditional liposuction methods. Plus it typically has far less bleeding as well. This is an interesting case. This patient had 20+ year old implants over the muscle that had over time before encapsulated and tight. The entire implant and scar tissue capsule is removed in one piece. New implants are then places under the muscle for better control and soft tissue coverage. If you have implants that have become tight and firm it might be time to have them replaced and have the tight scar tissue removed. Call for a consultation. Thank you
