Beyond enhanced savings program processes, our new Fertility LifeLines(TM) portal continues to provide access to live support staff, who can offer infertility information, insurance coverage options, and other resources. Additionally, our patient support staff have been trained to track a patient’s savings program application status.

Unless there are rules in place that requires PBMs to be transparent, community pharmacies will continue to struggle. We are happy to see the push back from independent pharmacies, through NCPA, against the unfair practices by pharmacy benefit managers.
