Our community came together to explore The Growth Mindset (Carol Dweck) and Atomic Habits (James Clear), while beginning personalized fitness plans rooted in mindfulness and healthspan research.

Through lectures, Q&A, Thrive Yoga classes, and personalized instruction in weight training at [202 STRONG], we’re combining science, movement, and community support to create lasting change. 💪💚
