Last night’s King Farm Halloween Boo & View had one very special visitor, SNOOPY himself dropped by to share his all-time favorite movie, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and brought sweet treats for all the costumed cuties in the crowd.

The turnout was so incredible, we ran out of pizza, candy, AND popcorn!

And just when we thought the night couldn’t get more spooktacular… The Nightmare Before Christmas lit up the screen for a spooky-sweet double feature!

Thanks to everyone who made it a howling success.

It will be seasonably chilly, so don’t forget to bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and best costumes to enjoy the movie magic on the Saddle Ridge lawn at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle.

The hayrides, pumpkin decorating, scarecrow making, and all things Fall and more will be back for tomorrow’s King Farm Fall Festival!

Join your neighbors from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.

The Fall Festival will feature plenty of free activities for neighbors and visitors of all ages. Food and beverage purchases will require a fee.

Residents are encouraged to walk to the event as street parking will be limited.

The King Farm Fall Festival is this Sunday, October 5, 2025.

Police will close off all of Saddle Ridge Circle and portions of Saddle Ridge Lane, Reserve Champion Drive and Thompson Dairy Way to all parking and traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Please remove your vehicle to your alley or garage if parked in front of your home or on any of these streets by 9:00 a.m. this Sunday, October 5.

Mark your calendars as King Farm’s favorite fall event will return next Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.

The Fall Festival will feature plenty of free activities for neighbors and visitors of all ages. Enjoy a horse-drawn hayride around Saddle Ridge Circle, moonbounces, obstacles course inflatables for all ages, the return of scarecrow making, pumpkin decorating, a live petting zoo, glitter tattoos, music and fun!

We will welcome back the return of the Business Fair Expo featuring a variety of local businesses. This year’s event will feature some of our favorite food trucks and local food vendors selling their tasty festival foods and we are happy to announce Lone Oak Farm Brewing will be selling their fall beers and brews! There is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy. All food and beverage purchases will require a fee, so be sure to bring your wallet and support the food vendors.

The majority of Saddle Ridge Circle, Saddle Ridge Lane as well as areas around the Saddle Ridge Community Center will be closed to all traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Residents are encouraged to walk to the event or find parking on adjacent streets. Overflow parking will be located at the Redland Corporate Office Park on Gaither Road across from Saddle Ridge Lane. Follow the "Event Parking Signs."
