Rockville will simply not stop trespassing. I have built the fence eight or 10 times, and they just keep ripping out my posts and using the land as their driveway. This is our political protest sign stating we are private property. This is we can wiccan designated land.

The last week has been a struggle with the town of Rockville. They bought a lot, in violation of their own ordinances (without issuing an ordinance for the purchase), and are now building a maintenance shed on it. It borders two of our properties. They bulldozed their driveway through one of our properties. in fact, it is the prop that is dedicated to We Can Wiccan. The town of Rockville is violating our first amendment rights. They are infringing upon our religion, they are trespassing on our religions land. The dedication of that land to our Wiccan religion was done three years ago.

I have attempted to put up property markers, and today put up three posts to prevent them from violating our rights anymore. The land has been surveyed, and the property lines have been established. The following is proof of our dedication of that to our religion. And pictures of the barrier we’ve put to protect that land.

I know this isn’t official public notice, but isn’t it public notice of some sort? I will be going into the town offices on Monday to inform them further. Although the last time I went into the town office to talk to them, I was yelled at by the town clerk. I was told not to return. They didn’t need any of my information or opinions. I was called names.

Like I said, it has been a struggle with the town over the last week.

The town plowed right over my private property, sign, and Rockville Serenity garden sign. There are multiple places it is posted no trespassing. They ignored that. And caused damage to my property.
