💖Tummy Troopers is a playful, sensory-based group where children and their caregivers explore body signals, reduce stress and shame, and build comfort, curiosity, and confidence - together.
In each session, we:
🧠 Use neuro-behavioral tools to support body awareness and regulation.
🫶 Practice gentle, body-based strategies to help reduce accidents and anxiety.
🌿 Offer holistic tips and calming routines to support toileting success at home.
🤝 Strengthen the parent–child partnership so your child doesn’t feel alone in this.
🌱With movement, games, and lots of sensory fun, your child will feel seen, supported, and safe to grow.
