Invest in your smile AND YOUR OVERALL HEALTH by making your oral health a priority. Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes to prevent plaque buildup and tooth decay.

While brushing, place your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle on your gum line and tooth surface. Move your brush in circular motions and be sure to get really deep between the teeth. Most importantly, remember to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months to keep it free from harmful bacteria!
