Where's our fams looking to add a sweet kit-kit to their home? A friend of mine is helping her friend who has asked me for help.

"Would anyone be interested in a sweet cat? My friend inherited this cat from a police office that has passed away and she can no longer keep her. She got the bad end of a divorce, and now has moved in with her mom and her mom will not allow the cat.The shelter told me to put her outside, as they only accept sick or injured cats and she has never been an outside cat, I don't think she would survive. I've only got a few days to find her a home because my landlord says no cats allowed. Luckily she is giving me a few days to try and find her at least a foster or forever home.

Everest- 9 years old, not declawed, litter box trained. She pretty much sleeps all day and is very sweet. She has been around other cats but I'm unsure of how she would react to dogs.
I gave her a flea treatment about a week ago.
She will come with a big container of food, 2 bags of treats, water and food bowl, and a litter box."

Some healthy alternatives to think about.

Did you know?

Coconut oil for dogs is AMAZING! Not only is it good for their fur, skin, and gut... but, it is also a natural flea repellant.

We have heard so many people say that this year was awful for fleas and that nothing worked. We personally haven't used a "Flea Repellant" on our dogs for many years. And, not-one-single-flea!

How?

Coconut Oil. It suffocates fleas so that when one bites a dog that is eating coconut oil, it immediately dies, preventing an infestation.
And, even better, you're not feeding or putting chemicals on your dog to prevent these pests.

Add coconut oil as a tasty topper to your Holy Chow! Pet Food to prevent fleas and to add a little extra flavor for your fur baby!

**Be sure to research how much coconut oil you need for your size dog. Also start with small amounts and slowly increase it as it can give a tummy ache if your babies are not used to it.**

Oh Murphy! He needs his walks with our without the assistance of a cone. At least he's extra prepared in case he falls into a pool-size puddle. 😆 We love ya big guy! Thank you, Lee, for always bringing this boy exercise, companionship, and sensory-filled walks every week.

Homemade. Human-grade. Wholehearted.

A Bit of the Backstory:
Years ago, a dear friend and pet client of Rick and Monica’s, Steve, began cooking homemade food for his dogs. The transformation he saw in their health and happiness was so inspiring that he shared the results with Rick and Monica, encouraging them to feed it to their own pups.

Rick and Monica started feeding his recipe in the fall of 2023 and quickly noticed remarkable improvements, especially in their senior dogs. When Kim and Dale gave it a try with their younger pups, the benefits were just as powerful; they experienced no more digestive issues and no more sick days. Just vibrant, happy, healthy dogs.

Word spread. More pets started thriving. Friends and clients shared stories of relief from allergies, digestive troubles, arthritis, and even improved mobility. One after another, pet parents were telling us their dogs were living longer, healthier lives—and truly enjoying every stage of it.

Recently, Steve let us know that, for personal reasons, he could no longer keep up with making the food himself. But with his blessing, his cherished recipe, and his heartfelt hope to help as many pets as possible, he passed the torch to us.

We are honored to carry that mission forward.

What You Need to Know:
Holy Chow! Pet Food is currently available just for dogs, but we are working on a cat-friendly recipe too. Once it’s perfected and tested, our feline friends will be included in the love.
Our website is currently under construction and will be launching in approximately 8 weeks.
