Whatever challenges you may be facing should be addressed and corrected. Working with a professional creates the best environment for treating any problem and assures you of the best possible outcome. 🎉 Celebrating Christin Loudermilk, LPC! 🎉

We’re excited to share some great news at Rockwall Counseling and Wellness — Christin Loudermilk has officially completed her 3,000 supervised clinical hours and is now a Licensed Professional Counselor.

This milestone represents years of graduate training, supervision, and thousands of hours spent walking alongside clients through some of the most meaningful and challenging seasons of their lives.

Christin works with individuals, couples, and families, helping clients strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and develop healthier patterns for emotional and relational well-being. Her steady presence, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for the people she serves make her a wonderful part of our team.

We are incredibly proud of Christin and grateful for the work she is doing with clients at Rockwall Counseling and Wellness.

Happy New Year! 🥳

I’m Lauren 👋🏼—a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Rockwall Counseling & Wellness. 🤍

I’ve been married for 18 years and am a mom of four kiddos, which means I understand the long game of marriage, the chaos of parenting, and the daily negotiation between caring for everyone else and remembering that you are, in fact, also a person. 😅 (Should you shower, do laundry, or drink your coffee while it’s still warm?!)

For the first time in a long while, I have a few openings for in person, day time spots in Rockwall. I work best with couples, parents, and women who are ready to do meaningful work—whether that’s repairing a marriage, parenting a challenging teen, or navigating career stress or menopausal changes. I’m especially passionate about affair recovery and helping parents navigate the difficult teenage years.

I’m naturally extroverted, don’t embarrass easily, and believe there’s very little that can’t be talked about—so yes, you can talk to me about all the things. 😉 I prefer to dig in and get started quickly so you can put out some relational fires, but then tend to work with clients long term to ensure your relationships are solid.
