Last weekend was a milestone — my son’s very first school dance. 🫶🏼 Watching him walk into a new experience, nervous and excited, reminded me of something important: Growth almost always comes with a little bit of fear. In fact, one of my very favorite things to say is “do it scared.”

After years of intense training, deep work with clients, and steady commitment to her professional growth, Katie has completed her 3,000 hours toward licensure as a professional counselor.

This isn’t just a number—it’s a reflection of her presence in the room and the thousands of moments she’s held space for others with grace and courage. Katie brings clarity, compassion, and depth to every session, and her clients have felt the impact of that work.
