We’re often taught to ignore, suppress, or “fix” our feelings but emotions don’t need fixing. They need space ❤️
Always Remember :
✨ Acknowledge what you’re feeling
✨ Listen to what it’s trying to tell you
✨ Feel it without judgment
✨ Accept it without shame
When we allow ourselves to move through emotions instead of fighting them, they slowly soften. What once felt overwhelming becomes something we can hold, understand, and carry with compassion.
Feelings aren’t the enemy. They’re messengers.
And healing begins the moment we let them exist 🤍
