Ever wonder why you get angry so fast? 👀
Here’s the truth: anger usually isn’t the first emotion you feel, it’s the loudest.

Underneath anger, there’s often something softer: hurt, fear, shame, grief, or feeling unseen.
Anger just puts on armor so those emotions don’t have to.

It’s not “bad.” It’s protective.
Your brain uses anger to say, “I’m not okay, and I don’t feel safe.”

Learning to slow down and ask, “What is my anger protecting?” helps you respond with awareness, not just reaction.

Does your mood ever feel like a weather map? 🌤️
Some days it’s partly cloudy with a chance of brain fog. Other days, the emotional “feels like” temp skyrockets or everything suddenly freezes over.

Just like weather, our moods change and each shift tells us something important about what our nervous system needs.

☁️ Brain fog → your body saying “I need rest, not more doing.”
🔥 Overheating → your emotional brain (amygdala) hijacking your calm.
❄️ Shutdown → your system protecting you from overload.

None of it means you’re broken, it means your body is doing its best to keep you safe. Learning to read your internal forecast helps you care for yourself with more understanding and compassion.
