It’s Autism Acceptance Month and for a lot of women, this conversation is long overdue.
Because autism in women doesn’t always look like what people expect.
It can look like:
– masking to fit in
– overanalyzing every interaction
– feeling drained after socializing
– wondering why things feel harder for you than others
And for many, it goes unseen for years.
Autism acceptance isn’t about “fixing” anything.
It’s about understanding, support, and creating spaces where people don’t have to constantly perform to belong.
That’s exactly why I created Shy Girl Social Club 🤍
A space for women (18–30) who:
• feel socially anxious or out of place
• identify as neurodivergent / high-functioning
• want connection, but in a way that feels safe and real
If you’ve been craving connection but feel overwhelmed by typical social spaces…
You’re not the only one.
And you don’t have to keep doing it alone.
