What is Critical Care Transport? Critical Care Transport (CCT) is the highest level of medical transport, designed for patients who are critically ill or injured and need continuous, intensive care during the journey. Think of it as a mobile ICU on wheels. First Rescue provides advanced monitoring, life-sustaining treatments, and highly trained clinical professionals who bring ICU-level care out of the hospital and into transit.

What is Advanced Life Support? Advanced Life Support (ALS) builds on BLS with extra tools and training to support higher-acuity needs. Services such as cardiac monitoring, IV therapies, and medication administration are delivered by clinically trained providers who bring hospital-level thinking into every transport.
