(469) 993-3636 Text Dr. Nick. He’s gonna be officing out of Legends on Fridays from this coming week on. He does extensive labs for your blood work. He currently treats athletes in I think 30 states. Let’s stay healthy. The blood doesn’t lie. This man is an encyclopedia. He also does all primary care. He’ll be in Emily’s office on Fridays. He’s very busy but moving over to Legends and ready to help.

These are our Legends Gym trainers. Unless your face is on this wall, you cannot train others in this gym at their or gym’s expense. Unless you have had a conversation with the owner about onboarding to official status, it is a liability to the gym and unfair to our trainers to be coming in here doing your business. This is your one warning. No more presumption. Our trainers on that wall pay to play. Don’t take their potential clients please. Call up if you want to be official. Nothing personal. Be honorable if you are being paid to train folks. This is a business. Our cameras are on 24/7. Training is open to all that are qualified. This gym is going places. Come be a part the right way or go on to Planet etc. Respect goes both ways. Ok.

Someone took Garrett’s other elbow sleeve out of his box. Would you return it? They are not cheap, and Garrett needs it. He’s a good guy that does a lot for our gym. Please get your own elbow sleeve. Garrett doesn’t ask for many things. He’s quite content. When something bothers him, I listen. If you saw somebody take Garrett’s elbow sleeve, tell me. Let’s get this back to Garrett. Ok :)
