The Rockwell Community Nursing Home is accepting bids for the mowing, trimming and general maintenance, including spring and fall cleanup, of their grounds at 707 Elm Street East, Rockwell, IA 50469 for the 2026 season. Bid shall be per mowing job. Clean up days shall be bid on a per hour basis. You must provide your own equipment and fuel. Proof of liability coverage shall be included with all bids. Bids will be accepted until noon on April 15, 2026 and may be dropped off at or mailed to 707 Elm Street, Rockwell, IA or emailed to rcnh@netins.net.

Friendly reminder, Thanksgiving is around the corner! If you would like to join a resident for Thanksgiving dinner, please call the business office and reserve a spot. The dinner is $10. The meal will consist of turkey, ham, stuffing, mash potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, scalloped corn, apple and pumpkin pie.

**REMINDER**
RCNH Open House/Trick or Treat will be tomorrow, October 31st from 5:30-6:30pm. There will be chili, soup, cinnamon rolls, and LOTS of candy! We are looking forward to seeing you all and the spooky costumes!! 🎃

Don't forget that Saturday, November 1st from 5-7pm is Rockwell's Trick or Treat. Please feel free to stop at the Nursing Home, we will still have lots of candy to pass out!
