Making and drinking your own homemade milk kefir is so simple, fun, inexpensive, and gut healing!
I bought 3 tablespoons of milk kefir grains from eBay, dropped them into a quart of whole milk, let ferment for 24 hours on the counter, then place into the fridge for 24 hours, then strain and drink, and start your next batch!
