What a perfect ending to an inspiring day at the conference - catching up with these two amazing women who've played such a significant role in shaping me into the therapist I am today. I have jumped on the train and have been throughly enjoying listening to this theory! This chapter really spoke to me, between my own life and the lives of my clients, understanding that it’s true… life isn’t fair. However, shared that it’s not about the cards you are dealt, it’s about how you play them. You have the power and control to make the most of what you’ve been dealt and stop comparing yourself to others and start living for yourself 🤩
