Residents had a great time trimming the tree for the holidays 🎄✨. Mrs. Brenda placed her special ornament on the tree, as did Mrs. Beverly and Mrs. Carolyn 🎀. We all came together to brighten up your day with sparkles, lights, and everything nice on the Christmas tree this year ✨🎅🏼💫.

Our residents had a great time in art class today. Mr. Arthur had the opportunity to paint one of his favorite animals, the turtle, which he named Tim. He said he and Tim "became one" while painting. Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Sylvia added their own special touch by painting their leaves in beautiful colors. 🎨🐢

Michelle From Broad River Rehab had the residents playing bingo today and the cards gave them the exercise movement they had to do while marking their cards to get BINGO. They had fun playing and exercising at the same time.

Navion enjoyed their Grab-and-Go breakfast! Ibby, our salesperson, prepared all the fixings—plus fresh fruit for anyone who wanted something light to take with them. Navion always has a great time when the community comes together.

Navion always starts the day with an exercise class, and today’s focus was on lower-body strength. There is strong evidence that staying physically active supports a healthier life by reducing the risk of many illnesses. Our residents enjoy the benefits—though some may be looking forward to the end of class just as much as the workout itself!
