Carolina Aquamation Services has successfully brought an affordable alternative to cremation to Nash County and surrounding areas. This has given local families another option for their loved one when making funeral arrangements.

Recently, owner and operator, Laura recognized that she wanted to utilize her years of experience as a funeral director and embalmer to move towards strengthening affordable burial and cremation options alongside Aquamation in order to serve any family in need.

A new name was needed that could reflect this expansion of services, and at the end of the day, Eventide Funeral Home was created.

Eventide Funeral Home is in the process of updating signage, materials, and online presence, but is able to assist families with burial, Aquamation, or cremation.

Our updated website includes urns, caskets, outer burial containers, and keepsakes that we offer as well as updated pricelists displaying our additional services offered.

We're focused on offering simple and affordable services with experience.

After serving hundreds of families throughout the owner's career, she is honored to move forward in providing Nash County and surrounding areas with competitive pricing and compassionate care to families in need.

We believe Aquamation and cremation are options all families should have available to them, and we understand and value each family's needs.

This is why we are pleased to now offer cremation through our trusted crematory partner.

While Aquamation and cremation are very different, they also share some similarities.Therefore, we are matching our Direct Cremation cost with our Direct Aquamation cost which is $1,295.

Just as with our Direct Aquamation, our Direct Cremation will include a complimentary obituary and photo on our website, an optional private family viewing for identification purposes, our standard temporary urn, and 1 certified death certificate.

At Carolina Aquamation Services, we understand the importance of viewing a loved one.
The value of viewing during the grieving process is immeasurable considering a viewing can be a pivotable point in providing closure.
When family members come together for a private viewing, many emotions are allowed to be processed.
A viewing may bring unity within the family while together, family members reflect on memories of their loved one.
When a family chooses Carolina Aquamation Services as their funeral provider, they're given the option to attend a complimentary private family viewing prior to their loved one's aquamation.
This option allows families the ease of making the decision of having a private family viewing without an additional charge.
Of course, the decision is always up to the family and their personal preference regarding whether having a private family viewing is the right choice for them during their time of loss.
