When you dedicate a light on our tree, your gift shines in tribute to a loved one, friend, co-worker, or caregiver while supporting vital programs like Patient Assistance that help our neighbors in need.

🌟 Giving levels begin at just $15, and each donation includes a white light on the tree and your honoree’s name published in the Rocky Mount Telegram. Higher levels include additional recognitions such as a keepsake ornament, acknowledgment during our Tree Lighting Ceremony, digital board features, and even a festive yard sign at the hospital entrance for top-level gifts.

For patients experiencing restlessness, anxiety, or cognitive challenges, small comforts can make a big difference. Our fidget blankets are thoughtfully handmade and provided to patients to help keep hands busy and minds calm.

Each blanket is filled with textures, zippers, buttons, and fabrics designed to offer soothing sensory engagement—bringing comfort, focus, and peace during hospital stays or long treatments.

Thanks to the generosity of volunteers and donors, these simple creations provide more than warmth—they bring calm, connection, and care.

Nourishing Health Beyond the Hospital:

For many patients, healing doesn’t stop at discharge—but access to healthy food can be a challenge. Our Inpatient Food Pantry provides a week’s worth of nutritious meals to patients who are discharged with food insecurity, ensuring they have what they need to continue recovery at home. Last year, the Inpatient Food Pantry distributed 616 food boxes.

Each package is thoughtfully prepared to match medical needs—offering heart-healthy, diabetes-friendly, and healthy choice—along with information on local food pantries for continued support.

Thanks to our Foundation and generous community partners, we’re helping patients nourish their bodies, support their health, and focus on recovery—not hunger.
