We are still smiling after our wonderful Christmas Party here at Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount! It was truly a day to remember, filled with the warmth of family and the spirit of the season.

A huge thank you to: 🎶 John Baldwin, for the beautiful music that had us all humming along to our favorite carols. 🎅 Santa, for taking a break from his busy schedule to bring so many smiles to our residents’ faces! 🍽️ Cynthia Battle, our Food Services Director, for the incredible holiday meal. It was absolutely delicious and served with so much love.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this celebration feel like home. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful community!

Our hearts are so full today! ❤️

A huge thank you to our wonderful neighbors at North Carolina Wesleyan University for stopping by with some very special holiday surprises. Our residents were gifted beautiful handmade angels crafted by the NCWU faculty and staff, as well as adorable cards hand-decorated by the children who attended the Lighting of Wesleyan.

It was a joy to host Lynne and Allison today. Thank you for thinking of our residents and bringing so much multi-generational cheer into our home! 🕊️✨

We were honored to host a group of kind-hearted students from J.W. Parker Middle School. They came bearing gifts of love: unique, handcrafted Christmas cards for all of our residents.

These aren't just cards; they are little pieces of joy that make our residents feel seen and cherished this holiday season. Thank you to the students and staff for teaching us all a beautiful lesson in compassion and community. We are so grateful!

Our residents had a blast playing Turkey Toss! Each plate features a turkey with points, but beware of the cooked turkey, which means losing all your points! Such a fun way to celebrate and share laughs together.

Last Friday’s Halloween celebration was full of laughter, music, and festive fun! Our residents enjoyed spooky songs, delicious snacks, and a delightfully creepy punch. It was a wonderful afternoon to remember!

This week, our Assisted Living residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Barley and Burger! The food was delicious, but what made the day truly special was the laughter, conversation, and great company shared around the table. We love making memories like these together!

Our baking club had such a sweet time this week celebrating National White Chocolate Day! We whipped up gooey white chocolate chip fudge brownies that were as fun to make as they were to eat.

What a fantastic time we had at our second Annual Pig Pickin’! Our residents truly enjoyed the afternoon filled with laughter, great food, and wonderful company. A heartfelt thank you to all the families who joined us in making it so special!
We’re especially grateful for Randy Jackson, for preparing the delicious pig that everyone raved about. A big shoutout as well to Kaden Jones and Luis Perez for providing such beautiful music, it made the day even more memorable.
We can’t wait to see everyone again at next year’s Pig Pickin’!
