We had so much fun with this new toy during our speech sessions yesterday. My 2 year old & 7 year old clients both loved it. It can be used to target colors & shapes, requesting things like more, help & key, concepts like in, on, up, next to, stop, go & turn, labeling animals & animal sounds, predicting what will be inside each barn, turn taking, counting & describing each animal! So many opportunities to target skills and the kids feel like they’re just playing with a choo choo train 🚂 The animals can also be used as finger puppets for pretend play too! I attached the link for any SLP, teacher, or parent who wants to try it out. I highly recommend! Therapy should be fun!
