apples are supposedly healthy and good for you. They are rich in vitamins and fiber. That may be where the adage "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" came from. But too many apples could give you a stomachache! You may be pounding away at something you are working on right now. That's wonderful - but you must also include some "me time." Your efforts are noteworthy, but try adding some self-care into the mix, and it will be much better.
