I love CBD! So I added a modality to the mix. With this massage you get a really wonderful high quality CBD cream and also CBD Tea. This combo is so powerful when used together. The CBD cream will help with recovery time post massage, which can look like less time being sore and less inflammation. During the massage, it helps me get into the muscles with more ease. I didn't get a chance to post this so pardon the delay. But I am officially certified in Thai Massage (levels 1 & 2) through the wonderful . This was such a beautiful experience. Our teacher Kevin and his assistant Laura were so knowledgeable and kind, they created an environment that was really comfortable to learn in.

Being a massage therapist for 15 years now, it's interesting learning something completely new and different. I find Thai massage to be a challenge and I love that I still get to be challenged after so long. If you'd like to schedule a Thai massage with me the please feel free to DM or text me.
