We have been at this location since 2020 and previously we were right over the hill in Hercules for over 10 years. 😁 I have a tight knit, supportive community of people all working towards their fitness goals.

I know this is my business page and I haven't been on it in awhile. I can assure you that at Dedicated 2 Fitness we are still going strong! 💪😁 Business is booming and I have some of the absolute BEST clients that anyone could ever ask for.

However, TODAY is about another special new lady in my life. Meet Esmé. My little Malligator 🤣 (thanks for that nickname ) 3rd day together and I am already in love with her. 🥰❤️🤍🖤 The gym family and the blood family will get to meet her soon. 😁

🎄🎁 This year D2F is starting it's first of many donation drives. It's the holidays and many kids are going to go without, so I wanted to start off with a toy drive. I'm asking for brand new, unopened gifts to give this season.

TRAINER STUFF

I don't typically advertise on Facebook, but those of you that know, know. I won't offer you a cookie cutter diet like many "coaches" or promises of losing weight over night. I don't pretend that just showing up you'll look like a Hollywood superstar nor have I ever pushed gimmicks, drugs, or quick fixes. I refuse sponsoring products although that is a way trainers make passive income. I won't push what I don't believe in even if it lines my own pocket.

What I DO offer is honesty. ❤️🤍🖤 What YOU put into any program is what you'll get out of it. With me you'll get support, motivation, experience, and long-term success. Just check out my hundreds of Before-and-Afters or my 5 star reviews. Look into all my certifications that back my wealth of knowledge. This is because this isn't a side hustle for me and I absolutely LOVE the career I have been in since 2008. There isn't a trainer around that loves what they do more than I do. I spend the time and money on those that I consider part of my gym family. 😁
