This is a photo from the March Off-Road Beginner Run Club meet-up... and you could be in the next group photo if you join us on April 11th!

This is a FREE once-a-month meetup on the Cottonwood Trail. It's designed for beginners and perfect for anyone curious about trail running but unsure where to start. We'll run/walk approximately 3-4 miles each time.

We'll meet once a month 2026 (no run meet-up in May, August or December) from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

This is free and open to all ages, but children 17 and under need to be accompanied by an adult. We'll meet at the River Birch Trail parking lot on Sydnor Road.
