We’re seeing a growing need for couples counseling, and are actively looking for volunteer couples counselors to help meet that need across Northwest Arkansas.

If you have a heart for serving others and a desire to help couples find healing, restoration, and truth through Christ, there is a place for you here. As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a mission focused on helping people discover their identity in Christ and experience the freedom He offers.

Whether you’re a licensed counselor or have relevant experience and a passion to serve, your time can make a lasting impact on marriages, families, and our community.

We’re preparing for NWA Gives and believing for something bigger than a fundraiser.

Our prayer is that Northwest Arkansas recognizes the mental health challenges many are facing and responds with compassion, truth, and action. At Paula’s Hope, we see every day how Christian counseling can bring actual healing so people can discover their identity in Christ and experience the freedom He offers.

This work is only possible through the generosity of those who choose to step in and make a difference.

As NWA Gives approaches, we ask each individual to prayerfully consider what God is leading you to give. Your support helps us continue providing free, Christ-centered care to those who need it most.

Together, we can bring hope, healing, and freedom to our community.

Life can feel overwhelming at times but you don’t have to face it alone.

We provide free counseling services for individuals, couples and families in Northwest Arkansas. Our counseling services are available in-person at our center in Rogers and virtually, making it easier for individuals and families to access the support they need without financial barriers.

In addition to one-on-one counseling, we offer group programs and studies like the Trauma REBOOT Course, Keys to Freedom Study, and GriefShare Support Group, creating opportunities for people to heal and grow alongside others in a supportive, Christ-centered community.

Our mission is to walk alongside individuals on their journey helping them discover peace, purpose, and hope through their identity in Christ.

Healing often happens in community.

Our group studies provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can grow, heal, and discover their identity in Christ alongside others walking similar journeys. Through biblical teaching and shared encouragement, these groups offer practical tools and Christ-centered guidance for lasting freedom.

Some of the studies we offer include:
• Trauma REBOOT Course – A 12-week, faith-based course designed to help individuals overcome trauma and embrace a brighter future.
• Keys to Freedom Study – A powerful study focused on recognizing spiritual strongholds and walking in the freedom found in Christ.
• GriefShare Support Group – A compassionate space for those navigating loss and learning how to move forward with hope.

And more.

These group experiences are part of our mission to bring hope, healing, and freedom to Northwest Arkansas through Christian counseling and discipleship.

Generosity doesn’t just meet today’s needs and shapes tomorrow’s lives.

At Paula's Hope, every gift helps create lasting fruit by making Christian counseling freely available to individuals and families across Northwest Arkansas. Because of faithful donors, people are discovering their identity in Christ, finding healing from past wounds, and building healthier relationships that extend into families, churches, and workplaces.

The impact of generosity doesn’t end when a counseling session does.
It shows up in restored hope, strengthened families, and a healthier community for years to come.

When you give, you’re planting seeds that continue to bear fruit—often in ways you may never fully see this side of eternity.

If you believe in long-term healing and lasting transformation rooted in Christ, we invite you to partner with us.
