Please join us in warmly welcoming Tamara Flowers, APRN, CNM, WHNP, to Eden!
With many years of dedicated service in the birthing and women’s health field, Tamara brings both depth of experience and a unwavering dedication to the families she serves. She began her nursing journey after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University, working as a labor and delivery nurse where she developed a deep love for supporting women through one of life’s most transformative seasons.
She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, along with certifications as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, Tamara has cared for women across the lifespan in hospital settings, private practice, and natural birth centers throughout Tennessee and Ohio. Most recently, she served the women of Northwest Arkansas by providing gynecologic and prenatal care at Siloam Springs Women’s Center.
Tamara’s extensive background in birth work, combined with her additional training in Lifestyle and Functional Medicine, allows her to offer thoughtful, personalized care rooted in both evidence-based practice and natural healing approaches. She is passionate about empowering women to make informed choices and is known for her calm presence, compassionate spirit, and sensitive, individualized care.
Outside of her professional life, Tamara treasures time with her two boys and stays active in her church and community. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, camping, skiing, and traveling—embracing the same vitality and balance she encourages in the women she serves.
We are honored to have such an experienced and dedicated midwife join the Eden family and look forward to the warmth and wisdom she brings to our community.
