An incredible Helix DEKA Fusion neck and décolleté rejuvenation by our incredible laser clinician .by.gg 🤩

The neck is one of the most challenging areas to treat because the skin is thinner, has fewer oil glands, and loses collagen faster than the face. That’s why concerns like tech neck lines, crepey skin, and rough “chicken skin” texture (keratosis pilaris–like changes) often show up here first.

Helix DEKA Fusion combines ablative CO₂ resurfacing with a 1570 nm non-ablative wavelength, allowing us to treat both the surface of the skin and deeper layers of the dermis in the same treatment. The CO₂ portion helps resurface damaged skin and improve texture, while the deeper wavelength stimulates collagen remodeling and tightening over time.

Clinical studies on hybrid CO₂ + 1570 nm laser technology have shown significant improvements in wrinkles, laxity, and skin quality, with measurable increases in collagen remodeling and high patient satisfaction after treatment series.

This makes it one of my favorite treatments for the neck when patients want real structural improvement, not just temporary smoothing.

These results were from two treatments 6 weeks apart. She has incredible improvements in fine lines, sun damage, texture, tone, and laxity. She was thrilled with her results and plans on doing one more session to target the deep sun damage.
