This month’s challenge is, well, a challenge. 15 total classes across 3 categories with 5 classes from each category!

hot and Pilates (from from either class style)
Cool/warm slow flow, cool power or lunch

Yes, we know it’s a challenge but try your hand! Complete it and be entered to win a full month unlimited!

We love our teachers! Kandice joined our team after being a long time member who decided to do our yoga teacher training. She teaches once a week at DTR and twice a week, every other week, at Bentonville! Plus she does plenty of subbing at both studios.

Did you know there’s a sound for each chakra? From root to crown, join Aimee November 9 for a Chakra Chant and Sound Bath.

Aimee will lead you through a series of chants to raise your vibrations, ending with a soothing sound bath featuring singing bowls, the hand pan and more.
