Health tip for men: Eat oysters! They're extremely good for your prostate gland due to them being rich in zinc and a few other things. 80% of all men that have prostate problems in general are extremely deficient in zinc. Zinc is also a good immune system booster!

Health Tip: do sprints! A 2002 research study showed that if you do six 20-30 second sprints with about 2 minutes of rest in between each sprint you will get a 771% increase in human growth hormone! Human growth hormone is produced in the pituitary gland and is kind of like the fountain of youth you might say to your health and restoring it. I have a torn up left knee from a 35-year-old injury. So instead of doing six yesterday I did three all out 20 second sprints with 2 minutes of rest in between each one. Do whatever you can safely do considering your age, old injuries, etc. I'm happy if I only get a 335% increase in my human growth hormone! Be healthy my friends!

Health tip: go ahead and pay a few extra bucks and get the organic eggs and the all natural bacon. It's totally worth the extra money. Here was my simple brunch today. Three egg organic omelette with some melted Mexican cheese. All natural bacon and sauteed mushrooms. Organic salsa and natural bacon from Walmart which is amazing! I would highly recommend it. Got the other ingredients from Sam's club. Live healthy my friends!

Health tip: exercise outside in cold weather. This can dramatically speed up your metabolism and burn a lot more calories. Your body will constantly try to warm your skin up to full normal temperature. So you get a lot more bang for your buck when you exercise outdoors in cold weather. The same goes for swimming in cool water. A new portion of Crystal Bridges Museum of American art in the background. Be healthy my friends!

Going to pull some honey out of these hives behind my office after I'm finishing up some yard work. I probably have in the neighborhood of 7 gallons. I think I'll combine the two smaller hives to make one big strong hive to help them make it through winter. Going to make sure each of them have a good 45 plus pounds of honey on each hive to make it through winter. The chores never end! LOL!
