Congratulations to Esteban, a resident of our men’s recovery house, on graduating from PEARL’s recovery housing program today.
Esteban entered our program 597 days ago and made a clear commitment to stability, accountability, and growth. During his time with us, he maintained full-time employment with the same employer, completed the Benton County Drug Court program, and demonstrated consistent dedication to his recovery.
He also served our men’s house with integrity and leadership, first as Assistant House Manager and then, for more than a year, as House Manager. In that role, he showed reliability, humility, and care for others, growing tremendously from the day he first walked through our doors.
As of today, Esteban is transitioning into independent living. Graduating our program on New Year’s Eve feels especially meaningful. Tomorrow he begins 2026 grounded in recovery, stability, and hard-earned momentum.
His journey is a powerful reminder of what is possible when individuals are supported with structure, accountability, and compassion. It is also a testament to the impact of recovery housing and the critical role of Benton County Specialty Courts in creating pathways to lasting change.
We are incredibly proud of you, Esteban, and honored to have been part of your journey. Your story brings light and hope to others who are still finding their way.
