I love training days 🤍

Spent the day training at in Benton, Arkansas teaching all things Revanesse Versa, which is one of my favorite HA fillers for a reason. We did a deep dive into rheology, anatomy, and of course artistry.

We worked through strategic placement in multiple areas of the face, focusing on balance, structure, and natural results. I love being a PACE trainer. ❤️

There’s nothing I love more than teaching + injecting. This is truly my favorite kind of day 💉✨

The power of subtle chin filler 🤩

This beautiful new client was treated with just 1 syringe of HA filler to add support and projection, without elongating the chin. Small, strategic changes = beautiful and undetectable results.

We’re also planning a subtle lip filler refresh at her follow-up to enhance hydration and structure while keeping everything balanced.

Whenever I treat the chin, I almost always pair it with neurotoxin to relax dimpling (“orange peel” texture). That will continue improving over the next 2 weeks.

2 weeks post Helix Deka Fusion CO2 and this is where the glow really starts to come through. it will keep getting better over the next 1-3 months as the tissue continues to heal and collagen & elastin are stimulated!

I’ve been documenting the whole process—the swelling, the downtime, all of it.

Skin update 12 days post Helix Deka Fusion CO2 laser! I’ve showed myself looking all kinds of swollen and crazy on here so here’s my skin update, no filters—just my skin! 💫

I am already so impressed with my results and loving my at age 36.
I feel so confident 🙏🥹

TrapTox is one of my FAVORITE treatments… and not for the aesthetic trend (unpopular opinion) 👀

I don’t use trap tox for “Barbie slimming” unless there’s an actual reason to.
My approach for treating clients in the trap region about tension relief + improved function🤍 has a lot of muscle tension and we used tox in these regions to help her muscles relax & release knotted up areas around her neck 🧘‍♀️

The traps often hold sooo much stress—especially if you’re clenching, on your phone all day, or carrying everything on your shoulders (literally + emotionally).

A little tox in this area helps relax those overworked muscle fibers…which can mean less tension, fewer headaches, and just feeling better overall. I used 30 units of Xeomin per side for her trap region!

Same with her masseters. My approach on her wasn’t for facial slimming bc her face is literal perfection and didn’t need slimming.
We did a small dose (10units per side) just to help with jaw tension + clenching.

I used Xeomin on her because she’s young + I love a clean tox (no accessory proteins). I also treated her forehead and lower face!

She’s gonna feel SO relaxed and have such a smooth forehead heading into Coachella 🎡✨

I never take for granted that I get to do what I love every single day. 🩷🥹

This job is so much more than treatments and results… it’s being part of people’s stories.
The glow-ups after heartbreak.
The confidence rebuilt after postpartum or weight loss.
The excitement of getting someone ready for one of the biggest days of their life like their wedding 💒

I get a front row seat to transformation…not just on the outside, but on the inside too.

Somewhere along the way, my clients become so much more than clients.
They become friendships, trust, and real connections that I deeply value. I can’t describe how much I love this part of my job.🙏

It’s the most rewarding feeling to help someone see themselves differently… to feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in their own skin.

I truly feel like I’m living my dream.

And none of this would be possible without my incredible team who shows up every day with passion and heart, and the most amazing clients who trust us with their journeys. I’m so grateful for all of you.

Part 3: Night One after Helix CO₂ 🔥

This was right after treatment and the first night of recovery.
Lots of spiciness, redness and swelling starting to set in… and our first vinegar soaks.

Here’s how i prep the soaks and apply them and what our skin looked like by the end of night one.

CO₂ is definitely a process… but this is where the real skin regeneration begins.

Part 2 of my CO₂ laser journey with the Helix Deka Fusion💫

BTS showing laser in action and right after we finished, rating the pain and letting you hear my honest feedback.

Not gonna lie… it’s a little spicy right after for about 2 hours! 🌶️ But the Zimmer cooling machine blowing cold air the whole time is an absolute lifesaver.🙏

Next video I’ll show Day 2 the morning after, so stay tuned for the rest of the ride.🫣😬
