CoolPeel isn’t just a wrinkle laser… it’s one of my favorite tools for stubborn pigmentation!

Using the Helix fractional CO₂ platform, we create microscopic channels in the skin that help remove pigment-damaged cells and stimulate new, healthier skin to replace them.

Such an amazing lower face transformation 😍🤯

First time seeing this patient for tox.
Photos taken weeks apart. Love her result!

Forehead tox is one of the trickiest areas in aesthetics, and here’s why:

The frontalis muscle is an elevator muscle. It’s responsible for lifting your brows. So when someone says, “I want my lines gone,” we have to be extremely strategic. If we knock out too much frontalis movement, the brows can drop. If we under-treat, lines remain.

It’s truly an art. I always say it’s better to under treat then have you come back in a couple weeks and add more if needed!

Every forehead is different. Muscle strength, brow position, compensation patterns, all unique. Injectors may say they’ve “mastered” it, but the truth is we are always learning and adjusting because no two faces are the same.

In her case, we preserved movement while smoothing her lines, which is the goal. ✨
You’ll notice a tiny line above her right brow at follow-up. Because I was new to treating her, we did a small amount in the little leftover line at this appointment and it should settle beautifully!

Tox isn’t “easy.”
It’s one of the most technically nuanced parts of aesthetics. And it’s probably one of my favorite things to do because no one face is the same .

✨Lip Rehab Results✨

What is lip rehab? Lip rehab is when we dissolve previously placed filler that is misplaced or migrated before refilling the lips so we can start from a clean slate. When dissolving I use a lidocaine nerve block to make the process comfortable. The before photo was not my work. We dissolved her in 2024 before refilling, and now we just do lip maintenance as needed. We’ve done a couple sessions over the last two years of slowly refilling. So worth it. 💋

I just want to say this. What I do as an injector does take a medical licensure. But it also is a form of art where I am creating a masterpiece. Your face is my canvas! I often will recommend dissolving if you have had previously placed filler elsewhere if it is misplaced or migrated because I want you to have your dream lips. Sometimes, creating a clean canvas by dissolving is the best way to go.

This beautiful patient trusted me through the process and we are so pleased with the improved shape, structure, and symmetry we achieved after refilling.

We’ve already done significant cheek support on this patient ✨

Her midface more has more support and structure from Radiesse but she was still noticing creasing around her nasolabial folds, mouth, and chin.

Instead of adding more volume… we switched strategies to strengthen the skin. This is an approach to address patient concerns while avoiding overfilling!

This is the Fern Pattern Technique!

Rather than filling folds from underneath, I’m reinforcing the skin itself, placing product very superficially into the mid-dermis to create structure and support within the tissue. Think of it like weaving tiny structural threads of HA to strengthen the skin instead of inflating the area.

My go-to product here is Belotero Balance+ because it integrates seamlessly into the tissue, is incredibly forgiving, and settles beautifully, especially in delicate areas like around the mouth, lower face, and even fine lines around the eyes.

This technique is a client favorite for:
• Fine perioral lines
• Nasolabial creasing
• Chin wrinkling
• Lower face texture
• Delicate under-eye creping

I’ve personally trained hands on with Tom Van Eijk, the physician from the Netherlands who developed this technique. We are always committed to bringing advanced, globally respected techniques to PRISM.

Because sometimes it’s not about adding volume…
It’s about strengthening the skin itself. 🌿
