I’m Erin Courtway, Family Nurse Practitioner, CEO of PRISM Aesthetics, and a single mama to two incredible boys (13 & 11) who are my why behind everything I do.
I’ve been specializing in medical aesthetics for almost eight years. What started as a dream is now two thriving locations in Fayetteville and Rogers, Arkansas.
PRISM didn’t just “happen.”
After working as a nurse in New York City during COVID, I saved every dollar I could and built this company from the ground up. I didn’t come from wealth or connections. This dream was built on grit, long hours, and believing I could create something bigger. That journey shaped me into the provider and leader I am today.
At PRISM, we believe beauty is for everyone. We are intentionally inclusive and known for welcoming first-timers — the patients who trust us with their very first experience. That trust means everything to me.
