As a Training Center Supervisor, Paula brings incredible patience, creativity, and leadership to her role. She’s always finding new and effective ways to help our participants succeed — whether it’s through innovative work strategies, hands-on guidance, or simply her calm, encouraging presence.

Our participants and staff went all out with colorful, creepy, and creative styles — and we’re loving every look! 🦇🕷️

It’s been a busy and rewarding fall for students in our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, which helps high schoolers with disabilities build the soft skills needed for employment and independence.

We’ve focused on Communication, Attitude & Enthusiasm, and Teamwork through creative projects and a fun Homecoming Story - and even joined RISE for a community board game social! 🎲

So proud of our students and all they’re learning! 💪
