Chip Hale Center Chip Hale Center receives funding from TDOT and operates under the guidelines of Title VI in the state of Tennessee.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to improve the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing every person opportunities to become contributing citizens in their community and participate in all aspects of life. Title VI ensures no person shall be excluded from participation in, or is denied the benefits of, or is subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from the Department of Transporation on the grounds of race, color, age, sex, disability or national origin.

Chip Hale Center is having a yard sale on September 28 and 29 from 8a to 3p. We have clothes, shoes, toys, home decor, washing machine, and other little nic nacs. Come on out and see what you can find and support a good cause. The sale will be in the back of the building off of Depot Street. Hope to see you there.
