Afternoon crashes aren’t normal! Everyone talks about cravings, weight gain, or belly fat…
but one of the earliest and most overlooked signs of insulin resistance is:
👉 The 2–4pm crash.
If you:
• suddenly get exhausted
• feel foggy or irritable
• crave sugar or salt
• need caffeine to push through
• feel shaky, moody, or ‘off’
…your blood sugar and insulin are likely talking to you.
Here’s what’s happening inside your body ⤵️
When insulin surges too high after meals, your blood sugar tanks afterward.
Your brain freaks out.
Your energy plummets.
Your body screams for quick fuel.
And THIS is often the first red flag long before labs become abnormal.
The good news?
Insulin resistance is reversible with the right strategy — nutrition, muscle, sleep, stress, and targeted care.
