Betrayal, Abandonment and Rejection are often at the core of most trauma. Re-traumatizing one self- in talk therapy does not help many of the women who come to me after feeling hopeless with western psychology methods....and also western physical medicine which- does not always empower and teach tools to patients.

Medical qigong therapy actually pulls the roots of dis-Ease in physical health issues and mental health issues with 3000 years of traditional eastern medicine protocols. Most often I educate clients on what is going on in their body related to the emotions they are feeling and teach meditations and exercises involving breathing in certain ways combined with visualization, imagination, intention and sensation - for specific purposes. So much more- that cannot be shared in a short post.
