Since the passage of State Question 788, Oklahomans have participated in one of the most extraordinary democratic experiments in modern history: building a cannabis economy from the ground up.

We played by every rule.
We paid every fee.
We met every shifting regulatory standard.
We bent without breaking.

But what we’ve received in return is not justice.

It’s obstruction disguised as oversight.
Exploitation disguised as compliance.
And silence from those elected to represent our will.

State Question 837 is the legal correction to a systemic failure.
It is an appeal to reason, to fairness, to modernity.

It is not a cry for chaos it is a demand for dignity.

It seeks to end the criminalization of personal choice.
To protect responsible operators and informed consumers.
To restore clarity where there has been confusion, and consistency where there has been contradiction.

This industry is not made of criminals or cartel actors.
It is made of veterans, caregivers, cancer patients, chemists, farmers, accountants, parents and pioneers.

People who believed that if we followed the law, the law would protect us.

But when the law becomes a weapon, and leadership becomes complicit in stagnation, it becomes our duty not our option,to act.

This is not about getting high.
It’s about getting heard.
