Mental health awareness is more important than anything else. This , we are highlighting the importance of self-care and taking care of your overall well-being. Take some time for yourself, get enough rest and exercise, and maintain a healthy diet. This month, let's practice self-care and make sure to check in with ourselves and our loved ones.

Handwashing is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), washing your hands with soap and water is the most effective way to greatly reduce your chances of getting sick. As a part of Hand Washing Awareness Month, we recommend everyone wash their hands often and for at least 20 seconds to protect them from getting sick. When to wash your hands?

- Before, during, and after food preparation and eating

- Before and after caring for sick people

- Before and after treating a wound

- After using the toilet

- After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet

- After blowing your nose, sneezing, and coughing

- After handling a pet or an animal, their feed, or waste

- After handling pet food or pet treats
