Rolette Community Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are committed to providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care in a supportive and professional environment.
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, coordinating care services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care according to care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
Communicate changes in resident status to physicians and care teams
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal long‑term care regulations
Qualifications
Current North Dakota RN license in good standing
Long‑term care experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment
Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused
