Rolette Community Care Center is currently seeking a full‑time Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include:

Daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and offices
Proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
Following infection control and safety procedures
Assisting with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

Dependable and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Prior housekeeping or healthcare experience preferred, but not required

Rolette Community Care Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Aide/Cook to join our team. This position helps support meal preparation and service for our residents in a caring long‑term care environment.

Position: Dietary Aide / Cook
Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents
Follow menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas
Wash dishes and organize food preparation areas
Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and coworkers
Support the cook or serve as the cook depending on shift assignment

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Experience in food service preferred but training is provided
Ability to follow safe food‑handling and sanitation practices

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, coordinating care services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions

Qualifications

Current North Dakota RN license in good standing
