At Parkside Senior Living, our team is our family. Today, we were able to celebrate our "sis", Sheila Varner, and thank her for 25 years of dedication to our campus. If you know Sheila, you know that she'll give anyone the shirt off her back if she thought they needed it. And if she just happens to see something you might like, she's definitely getting it for you. Sheila is hard-working, compassionate, kind, and so loving. We are incredibly grateful, every day, for her dedication to our friends and family! She is the true definition of Hometown Hospitality.

Today we were reminded that joy doesn’t come with an age requirement. 💛
One of our younger volunteers spent time playing games with a group of our older adults, and the room filled with laughter, friendly competition, and genuine connection. Jokes were shared, and for a while, the years between generations simply disappeared.
Moments like these matter. They build bridges, spark memories, and remind us all that companionship and kindness are timeless. We are so grateful for volunteers who give their time, energy, and heart to make our community brighter—one game, one smile, and one shared moment at a time. 🎲♠️
Thank you for bringing joy and connection to our residents today.
