Community Integration Aide, Full-time position

The Community Integration Aide is responsible for helping GBH residents participate in the community by assisting with shopping, outings, events, and appointments. The CIA utilizes company vehicles to facilitate outings. and assists residents in and out of the vehicle during outings and appointments. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evening hours to accommodate resident outings. Competitive pay and full benefits available.

DSPs provide daily care, support, and assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties include assistance with ADLs, preparing meals, passing medications, and other daily tasks. Competitive pay scale based on experience. Great benefits and work environment. $1,000 Sign-on bonus and certification training for qualified full-time candidates.

Congratulations to our Plant Manager, Clay Carroll, and his family on the birth of his first grandbaby! Greyson Reid was born on 2/28, weighing 7 lb 5 oz and was 20 inches long. Momma and baby are home and doing great! Grandpa says baby has already grown half an inch!
