Today we celebrated 17 years of service… and 18 years since this vision first began.

What started with a vision, faith, and a whole lot of determination has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined.

This journey has required faith, perseverance, and unwavering commitment.

We began with a small office in a bedroom…
expanded into our dining room…
moved into a modest space within a church…
grew into our own standalone location…
and now, into our new office space.

There were long days, hard seasons, tough decisions, and moments where we didn’t know how it would all come together… but God did.

Through every challenge, every transition, and every season of growth… He remained faithful.

We stayed committed.
We stayed focused.
And most importantly… we stayed true to our mission.

At MI Serenity, we believe in creating a space that is communal, safe, valued, and empowered… where every individual can truly live a Life with Dignity.

We are incredibly grateful for every member of our team… your dedication, your heart, and your commitment are what make this possible every single day.

And we are truly blessed to serve such an amazing population of individuals… people who are filled with love, joy, resilience, and strength. They are the reason behind everything we do.

This isn’t just a business… this is a calling.

Today is Evan’s 23rd Birthday!! 🎉🎂🎈

Today was all about Evan! He took a trip to Springfield, spent some time at Bass Pro 🐟🎣, and enjoyed Chick-fil-A for lunch 🍗🥤. A pretty great way to celebrate his day!

Today Evan asked if he could go out to Jess’s to see the pigs 🐷💛 We didn’t have a lot of time, but we made the most of it!

So Frank, Evan, & Amy all came out to see the pigs, and it was a great little visit 😊🌾 We’ll definitely have to go back when we can stay a little longer!

We are now located in the same building as East Central College, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community from this new space.

We officially outgrew our previous location and while growth is such a blessing, we will definitely miss that spot and the memories made there. It served us well in a season that helped shape who we are today. 🤍

Ted and I want to take a moment to say how incredibly grateful and humbled we are for the recognition from the Rolla Chamber for MI Serenity. 🙏

When we started this journey, it came from a place deep in our hearts… a desire to serve others and make a difference in people’s lives. Today, seeing the impact MI Serenity has on individuals and families in our community is one of the greatest blessings we could ever ask for. ❤️

The individuals we serve teach us something every day about strength, perseverance, and joy. They are the reason we do what we do. 🌟
