The Phelps/Maries County Health Department provided hands‑on CPR training on Tuesday, February 24th for staff and volunteers from the Caring Center and Senior Center. Participants practiced essential life‑saving skills, including CPR techniques and AED use, under the guidance of certified instructors. This training helps ensure our community partners are prepared to respond effectively during emergencies.
The Senior Center is a one‑stop shop for great food, activities, friendship building, and so much more. Did you know we offer FREE Chair Yoga sessions and have an exercise facility designed specifically for the aging population?
