Rolla Public School (Monday) in Dunseith Public School (Tuesday), Rolette Public School (Thursday) and St. John Public School (Friday). Paper consents have been sent to schools (they might still be coming with the cold weather and no school this week) or you can fill out online with the QR code below! If done with QR code you don't have to fill out paper! We can't wait to make your child's smile even brighter!

The seasonal case count for influenza in ND reached 7,031 cases for the week ending Jan. 17, 2026. The good news is that the weekly influenza case count was 827 - a decrease from the prior week. The sad news is that deaths this season now total 13, including three children. See hhs.nd.gov/health/respiratory-illnesses

This season, 5,166 influenza cases have been reported to ND Health and Human Services. Of those, 1,481 cases have been in children under age 10. Across all age groups, there have been 383 hospitalizations for influenza and five influenza-associated deaths. Three of the deaths that occurred were adults, two were children younger than 10.

North Dakota previously experienced pediatric deaths in 2011 and 2016.
