Thanks to the 2025 PCCAN Grant, our Four Rivers team had the pleasure of visiting every school in Phelps County to deliver essential items — including clothing, shoes, and hygiene products — to help students continue through the school year feeling confident, cared for, and ready to learn. 🎒✨

🎀 October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

At Four Rivers Community Health Center, we believe early detection saves lives. 💗

✨ Through the Show Me Healthy Women program, we’re proud to offer FREE breast and cervical cancer screenings to eligible women across our service areas.

Who qualifies:
💗 Ages 21–64
💗 Uninsured or underinsured
💗 Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level

If you meet these qualifications, you could receive free screenings designed to detect cancer early — when treatment is most effective.

🎉 New Clinic, Same Compassionate Care! 🦷✨

TOMORROW, September 30th, dental services will begin out of the NEW Salem Clinic building.

The new building is located at 703 S. Grand Avenue, right down the road from the current clinic!

The medical team will continue operating out of the Macarthur Ave. clinic for a few more weeks, so stay tuned for their official move date!

We’re so excited to welcome you into this beautiful new space as we continue providing compassionate care for the whole family. 💚
