Peninsula Physical Therapy (PPT) is a patient-friendly, high-end sport and orthopedic clinic dedicat ALL programs are designed by our Physical Therapists!

Established in 2000, Peninsula Physical Therapy (PPT) is a patient-friendly, high-end sport and orthopedic clinic dedicated to one-on-one care, focused exercise, and patient education. Our therapists will spend 20-30 minutes with you at each visit, and you will not have a long wait for your appointment. Additionally, we now have medical exercise and wellness programs including rehab maintenance and therapeutic exercise, youth sports strengthening and injury recovery and prevention, and Parkinson's dynamic movement classes. We recently expanded our facility to better serve the Palos Verdes community and to help promote recovery, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. Peninsula Physical Therapy specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Whether you're forty-five years old and your back hurts too much to finish a round of golf, you're seventy-five recovering from a knee replacement and need to walk to the post office, or you're a college baseball player trying to get back on the field after a rotator cuff repair, our licensed physical therapists will spend at least 20-30 minutes with you at each and every visit providing hands-on treatment, exercise instruction, and education to effectively restore your function and eliminate your pain. Our Youth Sports Fitness, Injury Recovery, and Prevention program is a medically based program tailored for the athlete and designed by our Physical Therapists to maximize physical performance and prevent and/or recover from injury. 2025 was a landmark year for Peninsula Physical Therapy, marked by growth, teamwork, and a meaningful milestone in our journey of care.

We proudly expanded our reach with the opening of our new Torrance clinic, allowing us to serve more patients and bring Peninsula PT’s trusted, high-quality care to a new community. This expansion reflects our continued commitment to accessible, patient-centered physical therapy.

Our team also grew in exciting ways this year. We welcomed new front desk staff and talented physical therapists, strengthening both our clinical expertise and the patient experience. Their energy, professionalism, and dedication have already made a positive impact across our clinics.

Perhaps most special of all, 2025 marked our 25th anniversary. For a quarter century, Peninsula Physical Therapy has been honored to help patients recover, move better, and live healthier lives. This milestone is a testament to the trust of our patients, the skill and compassion of our staff, and the strong relationships we’ve built in our community.

As we look ahead, we’re grateful for how far we’ve come and energized for what’s next. Thank you to our patients, providers, and staff for being part of the Peninsula PT story.
