Believe in your toes. 👣

Your toes play a huge role in how your entire body moves and stabilizes.

When your toes actively engage with the ground while loading your foot, it helps:
• Allow proper ankle dorsiflexion
• Support a stable, responsive arch
• Improve balance and force transfer
• allow for better core engagement

When the toes are passive or lifted, the foot loses an important part of its stability system — which can change how the rest of the body moves.

Small details in movement matter more than we think.
Strong, engaged feet build the foundation for better movement everywhere else.

Believe in your toes. 👣✨

It might sound funny… but we say it every day in our office for a reason.

When you load through your heels and don’t engage your toes?
🚫 You lose core engagement
🚫 You increase pressure on joints up the chain
🚫 You create compensation patterns

Over time, that can show up as:
• Bunions
• Arch pain
• Knee pain while running
• Hip discomfort
• Low back pain
• Ongoing “mystery” aches that won’t go away

Your feet are your foundation. If the foundation isn’t stable, everything above it has to work overtime.

Limited shoulder and upper back movement often forces the neck to compensate — which can lead to tension, irritation, and recurring discomfort.

Here’s a simple exercise you can do at home to:
• Improve shoulder mobility
• Support better posture
• Reduce strain on your neck
• Encourage healthier movement patterns

Remember — exercises should support your specific limitations. If something causes sharp pain, stop.
