Behavior Bridges ABA Therapy is excited to announce that our team is expanding! As we continue to grow and serve more families in our community, we are looking for passionate, dedicated, and caring individuals to join our team.

✨ What is an RBT?
An RBT is a paraprofessional who works directly with children and families, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs play a vital role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

📚 No experience? No problem!
Training will be provided, and we’ll guide you through the certification process.

✅ Requirements to Become an RBT:
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course (training provided!)
• Passing a competency assessment
• Passing the RBT exam
• Clear background check

When a child doesn’t yet have the words, behaviors become their voice.

Tantrums, aggression, withdrawal, or refusal are not “bad behavior” — they are signals telling us something is too hard, too overwhelming, or not yet understood.

Instead of asking, “How do we stop this behavior?”
We ask, “What is this child trying to communicate?”

At Behavior Bridges ABA Therapy, we focus on understanding the message behind the behavior and teaching meaningful replacement skills such as communication, coping strategies, and self-regulation.

2️⃣ Submit referral & evaluation – A referral from your pediatrician and a recent psychological or developmental evaluation are needed for insurance authorization.
3️⃣ Insurance verification – Our team helps verify benefits and walk you through coverage details.
4️⃣ Assessment – A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes an initial assessment to design your child’s individualized treatment plan.
5️⃣ Therapy begins! – Your child is paired with a trained BT/RBT who implements goals in a fun, supportive, and structured environment.

5️⃣ ¡Comienza la terapia! – Tu hijo(a) será asignado a un Técnico en Conducta Registrado (RBT) capacitado, quien implementará las metas en un ambiente divertido, estructurado y lleno de apoyo.
