I'm Stella, the Toucan Yogi! Class offerings in yoga, bodywork, and sound healing sessions available.

My specialty healing modality combines both Reiki and Vibro-Acoustic technology for the ultimate tranquil and wellness enhancing experience. Small group, private and semi-private specialty mat based movement classes that are a custom-designed combination of yoga, Pilates, Thai Yoga, Reiki, Thai Chi, acupressure, dance, and sound therapy for a creative, restorative, and transformative experience. Sessions are available to students of all ages, levels, and goals. Classes are uniquely created to embody skills and techniques to inspire healing through emotional-somatic, energetic, and mindfully integrated methods. Student Yogis will explore, discover, and create inner wisdom that will serve them beyond the mat and show up in their relationship with themselves, loved ones, and their environment. All sessions are an hour and 15 minutes and offered in single sessions or a 4 week series. **Yoga props are always provided and thoroughly sanitized.

Here's the up coming even schedule for the next couple of weeks! Come visit me at one of these locations for either Life-Coaching through the Zodiac (Astrology) or Sound Therapy (using vibroacoustic sound cushions and guided meditation!)

**Except for the Big Psychic Fair, those are first come first serve through a sign up sheet and it's wildly popular so get there early!
If you have never been to a BIG Psychic Fair before I highly recommend! Awesome energy, people, and loving work going on there! I am thrilled to be a part of it again!

Hello dearest Yogis! Just a reminder, I am on vacation this week, 10/18-10/25! Classes resume the normal schedule Tuesday 10/26. There are a few openings for Vibroacoustic-Energy Sessions available on Wednesday(10/27) and early in the day Friday (10/29).

Toucan Yogi will be a VENDOR at the fun and exciting Fiddlin' Fest in Rome, Ga. I will be set up near Southern Seasons! This will be a fun chance for anyone interested in vibroacoustic sound therapy to come experience the meditation cushions; demos are free! I will also have painted drums and Head Adornment Toppers (hats, lol) for sale too!
