Howdy all!

We didnt have much snow yesterday, but enough that we needed to go out.

We had a break down that affected quarter of the route. Had a main chain blow apart in the driveline, had to do a full tear down, replace parts and rebuild. The blower is back up and running as of last night

We made record Time as a whole today! Our operator Garrett rocked it, Despite it all!

Thank you Jim for a warm place to work, and hitting a couple drives in my absence, and holding a couple bolts for assembly!

Thank you Shaun for always being ready to help on parts lookup and Delivery!

I know you may have seen our tractor running a faster pace in the drives to make time. But everyone should be good.

Heading out now

12/03/2025

Howdy all, we are all done today, been done for a few hours. Thank you all for being here with us

We are still working on txt line notifications. Some are getting them. Some aren’t.

I was supposed to meet with the software company this am, had to postpone it so I could work the snow. It is still giving us some hiccups but it is certainly helping to keep us on the work, and show us completion

Had to cancel an important business meeting this afternoon as well

Anyways. Once we trigger we are out working, especially once I write we are out. Please don’t text or call me, (unless it’s an emergency) It ultimately slows down progress.

Please log into and use your customer portals, you can track us there.

If you not getting text alerts and you want them please send me a request with your cell phone, and I will program it in. I try to send a text txt after I program it

Today, my business phone and cell phone relentlesly rang. Alot of people wanting services, that arent customers. I havent even had a chance to look at that mess. I’m going to be hours sorting through all those calls. Thankfully my businss line is now managed so I can deal with it easier, but its still alot of work to go through all the data

If you need to call or text please call my business line. I will address it later when I’m done for the day or the next day if the snow allows.

All contracts state that our routes take at least 4-6 hours. Today we were a little longer than I wanted to be. People started calling and texting just within hours of the initial trigger time, Wondering where we were. I had to stop production on my route, and then login to the other operators route, to see where he was, sometimes he was in the driveway in question, or he was right around the corner from it.

We all know the first snowfalls take longer as we work out the kinks and find our grooves. Additionaly many people have to relearn how to drive in the snow

Daytime snow events are significantly more difficult as there is a lot of traffic to deal with. Additionally the work isn’t done under the cover of night, but while everyone is awake. So it seems to take longer

Hope you all had a good day! Remember it can always be worse.

Good night all.
